1. Appointment Cancellations
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiting fees.
- Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Clinic-initiated cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
2. Therapy Packs & Programs
Therapy packages or program fees are typically non-refundable once sessions commence, except in the following scenarios:
- Medical contraindications certified by your pediatrician
- Relocation outside city limits with prior intimation
- Clinic unable to deliver sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment mode. Service charges or platform fees may be deducted where applicable.
4. Transfer of Sessions
Session credits can be transferred to siblings or converted to tele-consults with clinic approval.
